Police Seek Monmouth Racetrack Groping Victims

FREEHOLD– Oceanport police have arrested an employee at Monmouth Racetrack and charged him with criminal sexual contact after he was found allegedly groping the breasts of several female patrons of the racetrack after placing their betting vouchers down the front of their shirts, announced Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.

Oceanport detectives arrested Jeffrey L. Bork, 65, of Eatontown, a betting teller at the racetrack, following up on a report of sexual contact allegedly occurring between noon and 4 p.m on Saturday, July 13 at the Monmouth Park Racetrack Picnic area along Oceanport Avenue.

“We are asking anyone who has been victimized in similar incidents to come forward,” said Oceanport Police Chief Daniel W. Barcus.

Bork is charged with Criminal Sexual Contact, and is currently being held in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold Township, on $15,000 bail, as set by Oceanport Municipal Court Judge Richard B. Thompson.
