SYKESVILLE, Md. – A 22-year-old New Jersey man was arrested for burglary and other charges after being found naked on the roof of a Sykesville home, according to a Carroll County Times report.
Michael Jay Woglom, 22, was released from the Carroll County Detention Center on $50,000 bond, Friday according to the report.
He was charged with first, third and fourth degree burglary, theft, malicious destruction of property, disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. Woglom was allegedly drunk when he left a nearby pool party and reportedly tried to get into the house thinking it belonged to his friend and that he had been locked out.
Two residents of the home barricaded themselves in a second-floor closet until police arrived, according to the report.
According to an NJ.com report, Woglom is a resident of Cranford.
The charges against Woglom are merely accusations; he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
