Synagogue Holds Rosh Hashonah Honey Sale Fundraiser

METUCHEN — Congregation Neve Shalom, located at 250 Grove Avenue, Metuchen, is holding a fundraiser to help celebrate a Rosh Hashonah tradition of dipping apples in honey for a sweet new year.

Congregation Neve Shalom is offering gift jars containing eight ounces of golden certified pure Kosher honey and a signed gift card. The cost is $10 (including shipping) and all proceeds will benefit Neve Shalom Hebrew School and Nursery School. Order forms are available at the synagogue office. The order deadline is July 15 to ensure delivery prior to Rosh Hashonah.

Include the full address of the recipient, their name(s), and your name(s) so that gift cards will be included and your orders will reach their destinations. All orders are shipped directly from the source, Katelyn’s Honey Inc. in Burlington, Ky.
