CRANFORD – Union County College is offering a new math readiness program this summer to help students prepare for college-level math classes.
The Knewton Math Readiness platform is an innovative program that develops a learning path that is personalized for each student, allowing the web-based interactive program to deliver the most helpful content to each individual learner. An in-class instructor is available to help the students navigate the course and to provide individualized instruction. Although multiple sections of the class will be offered throughout the summer, they are available now for those who wish to get started.
For more information about the College Math Preparation Class, information on the Knewton program can be found on page 49 of the Summer Continuing Education catalog, located on the College’s website at www.ucc.edu/noncredit. To register for the class, visit http://ucc.edu/nonCredit/RegInf.aspx, call the Continuing Education office at (908) 709-7600 or stop the office in Cranford, located at 1033 Springfield Avenue.
