NEWARK – After traveling through the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Africa, platinum-selling pop singing sensation Justin Bieber is bringing his BELIEVE world tour, presented by Motorola, back to the United States this summer.
The 30-date leg of the tour, announced in December as a result of overwhelming demand, kicks off Saturday June 22 at the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, CA. Before wrapping up at the Philips Arena on Aug. 10 in Atlanta, GA, the tour will travel through cities like Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston and Washington, D.C.
Bieber will play two shows in New Jersey, at the Prudential Center in Newark on July 30 and 31. Hot Chelle Rae and Cody Simpson will open the shows.
A limited number of tickets for the tour are available and, as previously announced, $1 from each ticket will be donated to Pencils of Promise, a charity which works to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world. The goal is to build 15 schools around the world for needy children. Details can be found at www.pencilsofpromise.com.
