WOODBRIDGE — A suspended Superior Court judge allegedly “knowingly harbored” a fugitive wanted on an armed robbery charge in her home “for approximately one hour” without making “any attempt to contact law enforcement,” according to the criminal complaint filed against her, an NJ.com report says.
Carlia Brady, 41, was arrested Tuesday and charged with hindering the apprehension of Jason Prontnicki, 41, a suspect in the April 29 robbery of an Old Bridge pharmacy. She was immediately suspended from her job without pay following the arrest.
Both defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
