June 4 at 6:50 p.m. – Officer Daniel Joy  took a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle that was parked at 196 Westfield Avenue. The incident is under investigation.

June 6 at 10:02 p.m. – Officer Brian Soos arrested Jennifer Diguardia, 30, at her Westfield Avenue home on an outstanding warrant from Edison for driving with a suspended license. She was subsequently turned over to the Edison Police Department.

June 7 at 12:02 a.m. – In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Montclair resident Carlos Cuevas, 31, on an outstanding warrant from the Essex County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Essex County Sheriff’s Department. Lt. Pat Grady was the arresting officer.

June 8 at 12:20 a.m. – In the vicinity of Hutchinson Street, police arrested Clark resident Ryan Nieves, 19, who was charged with CDS possession. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Lt. Pat Grady was the Arresting Officer.
