Author Discusses His Latest Book At Union Library

UNION — The Union Public Library will present author Greg Tobin in a discussion of his latest book, The Good Pope: The Making of a Saint and the Remaking of the Church, a biography of John XXIII on Tuesday, June 11, at 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend this admission-free event.

Tobin has written extensively about the papacy and Catholicism. His books include Selecting the Pope and Holy Father, the first biography of Benedict XVI to be published after the historic 2005 conclave. He has also written novels, including Conclave, the story of a New Jersey-born priest who becomes a cardinal. Tobin has been featured widely in national and international media, including the New York Times, CBS, MSNBC, and FOX News.

The Union Public Library is located at 1980 Morris Avenue in Union Township and the second floor activities room is wheelchair accessible via elevator.
