HIGHLAND PARK-Some past businesses: The Bagel Dish/Cleo’s, Corner Confectionery, Curves on Raritan Ave., Deli-King, The Homestead Tavern, Mini Wheels, when slot car racing was a big thing, Penny’s Restaurant, Pino’s Market, Raritan Video, Terzino’s Auto Body Shop, Third Avenue Sweet Shop and The Town Shop. 

In 1948, was F.R. Peck, Marine Supplies on South Adelaide Ave. In 1958, was Highland Park Upholstering Co. and Kitchen Meister Florist.
