Edison Library To Host Emergency Preparedness Program

EDISON – The American Red Cross will present a program on emergency preparedness at the Edison Public Library, 340 Plainfield Ave, on Wednesday, May 22, at 2 p.m.

When Hurricane Sandy swept through our area last year, thousands were left without electricity, heat or gasoline. The American Red Cross says “get a plan and be Red Cross ready.” The program will offer information to help you be as prepared as possible for potential disasters and emergencies.

Everyone is welcome for the free program, but registration is required. Sign up online at www.lmxac.org/edisonlib or call 1-732-287-2298 x1 with any questions.
