CRANFORD — The Readers’ Forum, the lively, long running book discussion group of the Cranford Public Library, will meet next on Monday, May 20, at 7  p.m. The library is located at 224 Walnut Avenue.

The group will discuss A Hologram for the King (2012), a novel by Dave Eggers. A Hologram for the King is set in a rising Saudi Arabian city, far from weary, recession-scarred America. The novel tells the story of a struggling businessman and his last-ditch attempts to stave off foreclosure, pay his daughter’s college tuition, and finally do something great.

The Readers’ Forum welcomes new members at any time. For more information, call the library at 908-709-7272 or send an email to library@cranfordnj.org.
