ELIZABETH – Trinitas Regional Medical Center has announced three upcoming educational seminars that are open to the public.

Nutrition Seminar:  “Taste-Good Meals that are Good for You!”  Wed., May 15, 2013, 4:30 – 5:00 pm, Registration followed by program, 5:00 – 6:00 pm, includes dinner.  Speakers: Michelle Ali, RD, Director, Food and Nutrition Services Trinitas Regional Medical Center and Chef Nicholas Brooks, Executive Chef, Trinitas Regional Medical Center Cafeteria, Trinitas Regional Medical Center, 225 Williamson St., Elizabeth, NJ.  Parking free of charge in the garage on the Trinitas campus.  Seating is limited.  RSVP:  (908) 994-8939

Healthy Pregnancy Seminar:  “Perinatal Care:  Heightening Awareness of Gestational Diabetes during Pregnancy,” Wed., May 22, 2013, 5:30 – 7:00 pm, includes dinner.  Speaker: Orli Langer-Most, MD, Director of Obstetrics and Perinatal Services, Trinitas Regional Medical Center, CORE Building, 1164 Elizabeth Ave., Elizabeth, NJ  Access to parking from S. Emergency Seminar:  “Home Disaster Readiness: Preparedness during Severe Weather and Always!,”  Thurs., May 30, 5:30 – 7:00 pm.
