Clark Police Blotter: Bronx Man Charged With DUI

All persons arrested and charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

April 30 at 8:38 a.m. – In  the vicinity of 1401 Raritan Road, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Roselle resident Armando Gutierrez, 29, and charged him with hindering apprehension and criminal simulation. He was subsequently turned over to the Union County Sheriff’s Department.

May 2 at 10:01 p.m. –  In the vicinity of Raritan Road and Walnut Avenue, Officer Kenneth Gaulette arrested Fords resident Kathleen Freeman, 39, and charged her with possession of a CDS and for shoplifting from the Shop-Rite Supermarket at 76 Central Avenue. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Kenneth Gaulette was the Arresting Officer.

 May 5 at 2:25 a.m. – In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway, Officer Christian Lott arrested Bronx, N.Y., resident Javier Francisco, 43, and charged him with DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date.
