PISCATAWAY — The Walk n’ Roll for Children’s Specialized Hospital presented by Kohl’s Cares is May 18 at Johnson Park in Piscataway. Families and supporters of children with special needs will enjoy a 1, 2.5 or 5 mile walk or roll and a free Carnival with live music, games and prizes, and food. Children’s Specialized Hospital is the preeminent provider of rehabilitation services for children with special needs. The hospital serves children affected by brain injury, spinal cord injury, premature birth, autism, developmental delays, and life-changing illnesses. Children’s Specialized Hospital has nine sites in New Jersey and treats 20,000 children each year, making it the largest pediatric rehabilitation system of its kind in the nation.
