RAHWAY — Kindergarten students at Roosevelt School in Rahway are learning about the living world in a science unit called “Animals Two by Two.” Last week, eggs were delivered to each classroom and this week the baby chicks have hatched. This unit enhances opportunities for observation, communication, and comparison. Students have learned how to handle the baby chicks carefully, and participated in the care and feeding of them.
