CLARK — At Monday night’s meeting, the Township Council unanimously approved an ordinance to re-zone property including the site of a former U.S. Gypsum factory so it could be developed as a new town center, according to a report by the Clark-Garwood Patch.

A developer will have to purchase the property and complete construction of a new town center before the vision could be realized.
