EDISON — The Edison Public Library will host two meditation classes in the coming weeks.
On Wednesday, April 24, at 7 p.m., Umesh Bhatia will give a presentation on The Healing Power of Meditation at the main library, 340 Plainfield Avenue. He will present research on how meditation can improve your physical, mental and spiritual health by reducing stress, enhancing relaxation and promoting inner growth. Bhatia has been practicing meditation for over 20 years.
The North Edison Branch, 777 Grove Avenue, will host a presentation on how to Lead a Life of Balance and Peace Through Meditation on Wednesday, May 1, at 7 p.m. The health of the body and intellect are greatly prized in our culture. Learn a simple yet profound meditation technique that you can use daily to achieve a healthy, harmonious and joyful lifestyle.
