RAHWAY – During a recent school day extended for professional development workshops, the members of the faculty of Rahway High School enjoyed a lunch in the ambiance of a Parisian café presented by the members of the school’s French Club with the help of teacher/advisor Robert Kinch. Authentic entrees like escargot (snails) in butter and strawberries drizzled in chocolate were complemented by mood music played by student pianist, Leon Chou.
