Clark Police Blotter: Officers Make Drug Arrests

March 18 at 11:04 a.m. – In the vicinity of 186 Westfield Avenue, Det. Antonio Manata  arrested Kendall Park resident Aaron Vivadelli, 33, who was charged with possession of CDS and DWI.  He was subsequently released pending a court date.

March 18 at 12:39 p.m. – Officer Marty Venezio took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at 36 Valley Road.  The incident is under investigation.

March 19 at 12:39 p.m. – In the vicinity of James Avenue and Sunset Drive, Det. George Marmarou arrested Clark resident William Black, 23, on an outstanding warrant for CDS distribution within 1,000 feet of a school yard. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

March 19 at 10:13 p.m. – In the vicinity of 186 Westfield Avenue, Officer Brian Soos arrested Toms River resident Crystal Nunes, 28, who was charged with CDS possession, possession of a hypodermic needle and shoplifting.  She was also detained on an outstanding warrant from New Brunswick. Bail was set at $15,000.00.  Also arrested was Beachwood resident Jesse Gallagher, 33, who was charged with CDS possession, possession of a hypodermic needle and hindering prosecution.  He was also detained on an outstanding warrant from New Brunswick.  Bail was set at $25,000.00.  Both individuals were subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

March 20 at 12:08 p.m. – In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway southbound, Det. George Marmarou arrested Colonia resident Michael McGuirl, 30, who was charged with possession of CDS paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle.  He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.

March 21 at 2:02 p.m. – Officer Christopher Tuccio took a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle, which was parked at15 Brant Avenue.  The incident is under investigation.

March 21 at 2:45 p.m. – Officer Christopher Tuccio took a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle, which was parked at a residence on Fulton Street.  The incident is under investigation.
