Clark Public Library Offers Spring Break Fun

CLARK — The Clark Public Library has a variety of fun, free events scheduled for next week while kids are off from school for spring break.

On Tuesday, March 26, at 2 p.m., Mad Science presents Magnetic Magic, an interactive program for children in grades 1 – 6. Children will investigate the powers and daily uses of magnets and learn about polarity, visualize magnetic fields, and see how a compass is made. They will even use invisible magnetic fields to levitate magnets. Registration is required.

Art Blast for Kids will take place on Wednesday, March 27, at 2 p.m. Kids are invited to create a variety of different art projects. What can you do with a dot, a dab, a line, scissors and your imagination? This is a chance for children ages 4 and up to explore their creative side. No registration is required.

The week will wrap up on Thursday, March 28, at 1:30 p.m. with a showing of a recently released family DVD.

The library also has a museum pass to the Intrepid Air and Space Museum. Families can get up to 6 free tickets to this amazing museum. Call the library at 1-732-388-5999 for more information.
