Linden Library Offers Two Free Children’s Concerts

LINDEN — The Children’s Room of the Linden Public Library will be holding two free concerts for children during the first week of April.

The first concert will be for young children who live in Linden. This concert features local legends, Presley & Melody, and is scheduled for Tuesday, April 2, at 10:30 a.m.

The second concert is for school-age children, and will feature salsa music and drumming as performed by The Jose Obando Trio. They will play on Wednesday, April 3, at 2 p.m.

Both concerts will take place on the third floor of the Linden Public Library. All tickets for both concerts are free, but you must sign up for them in advance, at the Linden Public Library. Funding for the concerts has been made possible by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, Department of State, through a grant administered by the Union County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs.
