TRENTON – Saturday’s Powerball jackpot could be worth as much as $216 million to the winner.
In the Powerball drawing on Wednesday, March 16, two lucky New Jersey Lottery players won the third prize of $10,000. One ticket was sold at Food Bazaar in West New York and the other was purchased at Super Exito Supermarket in Clifton.
Along with the third tier prize winners, 41,689 other New Jersey Lottery players took home an estimated $303,128 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200, according to Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger.
The winning numbers for the Wednesday, March 13 drawing were: 05, 09, 28, 32 and 38. The Red Power Ball number was 29.
Saturday night’s drawing will be shown live at 11 p.m. on the New Jersey Lottery’s website, NJLottery.net.
The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 175,223,510; the odds of winning a prize are 1 in 31.85.
