CLARK — The Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 19, in the library of Carl H. Kumpf Middle School located at 59 Mildred Terrace in Clark.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and immediately convene to executive session to discuss confidential matters, matters of personnel, litigation or contract matters, and/or attorney client privilege. A public session will follow, and action, if any, may be taken.
