GG_pixCLARK — Learn about the Garibaldi Guard, the 39th NY Volunteer Italian Infantry that served in the Civil War, at the Clark Public Library on Monday, March 18 at 7 p.m.

Clark UNICO will present a discussion led by Mark J. Luongo about the history and origins of the Garibaldi Guard, including information about the involvement of Italians in the Civil War, their uniforms and equipment, their renegade colonel and their heroic major.
