CLARK — Students in Christine Cemelli’s fourth grade class at Valley Road School in Clark publish their final drafts during Writer’s Workshop. The students have been working hard to create vibrant realistic fiction stories. The class took their first draft, revised it and edited it several times to create their masterpiece. After their hard work, each student used a laptop to type of their stories and to create a published piece. Cemelli said, “The students have grown a tremendous amount in their writing skills! They take pride in their work, and were eager to create their published book!” Students Jack Young, Miah Faustino, Ricky Sabarese, Haley Knorowski, Gabe Rizzuto, and Madison Pardo are pictured above.
