CLARK — On Feb. 24, four members of Webelos II – Den 1 from Pack 145 of Clark received their Arrow of Light and bridged over to Boy Scout Troop 145. This is the highest Cub Scout award, and the only Cub Scout award badge that may be worn on a Boy Scout uniform. The Blue and Gold Banquet is held every year to honor scouts crossing over to Boy Scouts as well as welcoming in new scouts, to the Tiger level.
