CRANFORD – This spring Union County College’s Division of Continuing Education will offer a non-credit Electronics Technician certificate. This program prepares students to troubleshoot and repair electronic, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems. This is a hands-on program and it does not require students to have any previous knowledge of electronics.

Students will learn through intensive lab sessions with actual electronic parts and circuits similar to those typically found in commercial, consumer, and electronic equipment.

This is a 120 hour program that consists of three classes: Introduction to Electronics, starts March 4; Understanding Testing Equipment and Troubleshooting, starts April 1; and Understanding and Troubleshooting Electronic Systems, starts April 22. To register for classes or for more information call 1-908-709-7600 or visit www.ucc.edu/noncredit.
