Clark Police Blotter: Suspects Arrested On Drug Charges

All persons arrested and charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Feb. 22 at 12:04 a.m. – In the vicinity of Raritan Road, Officer Joshua Disano arrested Garwood resident Nikita Semenov, 21, who was charged with disorderly conduct.  He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.

Feb. 22 at 1:55 a.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, Officer Ricardo Oliveira arrested Newark resident Shamar Hall, 31, on outstanding warrants from the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office and Hillside for contempt of court.  He was subsequently turned over to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office.

Feb. 23 at 1:30 a.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, Officer Ricardo Oliveira arrested Maplewood resident Michelle Strothers, 19, who was charged with possession of CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia.  She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date.

Feb. 24 at 9:31 a.m. – Officer Christopher Tuccio arrested John D. McGrath, 44, in the vicinity of his home on the 800 block of Raritan Road. McGrath was charged with possession of CDS with intent to distribute.  He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.  P.O. Christopher Tuccio was the Arresting Officer.

Feb. 25 at 2:39 p.m. – At 76 Central Avenue, Officer Daniel Pitts arrested Linden resident Sandra Mansueto, 42, who was charged with shoplifting at the Shop-Rite Supermarket. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date.

Feb. 25 at 5:51 p.m. – At 979 Raritan Road, Officer Kenneth Gualette arrested Clark resident Jason Koritsoglou, 25, who was charged with possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia.  He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.
