Natasha D. Newsom
ELIZABETH — Natasha D. Newsom of Elizabeth has been named banking center manager at Provident Bank, where she will lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals, and oversee the daily operations of the bank’s new Newark branch set to open in September. The branch will be located in the Teachers Village development located on the corner of Halsey Street and Maiden Lane. In the interim, Newsom will be based at Provident’s South Orange branch.
Newsom joined Provident in 2005 and has 20 years of banking industry experience. Before her recent promotion, she was banking center manager of Provident’s Woodbridge branch, and earlier, she was assistant branch manager of the Clark branch. Before joining Provident, Newsom was a senior personal banking representative at Sovereign Bank.
Newsom attended Union County College.
