EDISON – The township’s Recreation Department will host the 19th Annual “Little Darlin’s Spring Fling” on Friday, March 15. This “dress up” themed event will take place at the Minnie B. Veal Community Center, 1070 Grove Avenue, Edison, from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. and is open to three-year-olds through eighth graders, escorted by an adult “date,” for example, father/daughter, mother/son, uncle/niece, aunt/nephew, etc.
Fling tickets for this popular dinner/dance event can be purchased in person only, at the Recreation Office, on the second floor of the Edison Municipal Complex, 100 Municipal Boulevard, Edison. The 100 bids, which are $30 per couple, will be sold as long as they last. Extra family members are invited for $15 per person. The event will include a dinner, a live DJ, dancing, and prizes.
