EDISON — Wardlaw-Hartridge students Ananya Murlidharan of Edison, Amber Cardillo of Metuchen, Nicholas Ji of Edison, Matthew Faust of Westfield and Neha Chandrakanth of Edison participate in an interactive presentation delivered by New Jersey Blood Services. The Little Doctors Program is an educational presentation designed to enhance the students’ knowledge about blood, the components of blood, the organs that are supplied with oxygen from the red blood cells and how each component helps a different patient. The program educates students and allows them the opportunity to share with their parents the importance of community service and blood donations. The next Wardlaw-Hartridge blood drive will be held Feb. 28. (Photo courtesy of Wardlaw-Hartridge School)
