Summit’s Restaurant Week Starts Tomorrow

SUMMIT — Summit Downtown, Inc. (SDI) is hosting its fifth annual Restaurant Week from Friday, Feb. 15 until Sunday, Feb. 24.

Restaurants, eateries and food specialty shops will be offering a special item, menu, or prix fixe meal every day of Restaurant Week. Visit to see the specials being offered.

Participating businesses include: Anna’s Ristorante, Batavia Café, Beacon Hill Tavern, Bombay Bistro, Bona Vita Osteria, Brownie Points Bakery, Carter & Cavero, Fiorinos, food., Juice Caboose, La Pastaria, Manhattan Bagel, Monster Sushi, Negeen Persian Grill, Peppercorn, Pizza Vita, Randazzo’s, Red Mango, Roots Steakhouse, Saimona Wine & Liquor, Starbucks, Summit Diner, Summit Thai Cuisine, Sweet Nothings, The Eatery, The Office Beer Bar & Grill, The Wine List of Summit, Tito’s Burritos, Village Trattoria, Waterlillies, Winberie’s, Zappia’s Brick Oven Pizza and Zappia’s Deli.

Mark Wadmond, events chairman for SDI says, “We are delighted to be hosting our fifth annual Restaurant Week and to have the sponsorship of Hilltop Community Bank. We hope visitors will enjoy trying out one of our new restaurants or returning to an old favorite and have fun Dining for Dollars!”

Dine for Dollars, which was introduced during Restaurant Week last year, gives visitors a chance to win Summit Gift Certificates. First prize is a $200 gift certificate, 2nd prize is a $100 gift certificate and 3rd prize is a $50 gift certificate. After dining at three of participating restaurants for dinner, fill out a Save the Date card, attach the receipts dated during Restaurant Week to it and deposit it in the basket at the restaurant. A drawing will take place and winners will be announced March 1 by phone or email.
