Clark Police Blotter: Vehicle Reported Stolen From Kathryn Street

All persons arrested and charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Feb. 4 at 12:38 p.m. – Officer Marty Venezio investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at a residence on the 100 block of Gertrude Street. The incident is under investigation.

Feb. 5 at 10:11 p.m. – In the vicinity of 162 Central Avenue, Officer Miguel Acabou arrested Plainfield resident Timothy Parker, 43, on outstanding warrants totaling $2,221 from the Union Count Sheriff’s Department and Irvington, Union and Watchung, New Jersey for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

Feb. 7 at 2:02 p.m. – In the vicinity of Ross Street and Colonial Drive, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Elizabeth resident Khudia Rivers, 25, for allegedly presenting a fictitious insurance card. She was also detained on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. She was subsequently released pending a court date.

Feb. 8 at 4:55 p.m. – Officer Thomas Sarnecki investigated a report of a stolen motor vehicle at Kathryn Street.
