One choice can change many lives... Faith or Fate by John Ruggiero

CLARK — Miss Bundy’s physical education classes at Arthur L. Johnson High School in Clark just finished their pillow polo single elimination tournament last week.  This game is almost like hockey but instead of hard stick, students use a soft round end to hit a small ball.  Skills that are utilized are: passing, give and goes, and shooting.  At the end each activity, team records are totaled up and divided onto seeded brackets.  Many students like this idea because any team has a chance to become the champion.

Students play their hardest to stay alive during the period.  The two last teams standing play in the championship game.  Students that got eliminated in earlier rounds have a chance to cheer on their favorite team.  Teams that win the tournament, get their picture taken and posted on the P.E. winners’ wall.
