Clark Police Blotter: Officers Make DWI, Drug Arrests

All persons arrested and charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jan. 28 at 10:38 a.m. –In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, Det. A. Manata arrested East Orange resident Nefertiti Strange, 33, for allegedly presenting a fictitious insurance card.  She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date.

Jan. 29 at 10:36 p.m. – In the vicinity of 140 Central Avenue, Officer Joshua Disano arrested Westfield resident Daniel Noonan, 24, and charged him with possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia.  He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.

Jan. 30 at 6:32 p.m. – In the vicinity of Commerce Place, Officer Christian Lott arrested Edison resident Ricardo Pinto, and charged him with DWI. He was subsequently released pending a court date.

Jan. 31 at 3:51 p.m. – Officer Brian Renda investigated a report of criminal mischief to a residence on the 100 block of Fulton Street.

Feb. 1 at 8 a.m. – Officer Marty Venezio investigated a report of criminal mischief to a residence on the 100 block of Gertrude Street.

Feb. 3 at 11:25 a.m. – At 76 Central Avenue, Officer Sergio Henriques arrested Edison resident Timothy Bradley, 43, and charged him with shoplifting at the Shop-Rite Supermarket.   He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.

Feb. 4 at 11:38 p.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue and Miller Avenue, Officer Ricardo Oliveira arrested Clark resident Eryka Underwood, 18, and charged her with possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia.  She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date.
