CLARK — Students in Jackie Grigoli’s class at the Valley Road School in Clark learned about Groundhog Day on Friday. Students learned interesting facts about groundhogs, read the story “Groundhog’s Day Double Trouble”, and watched video clips on groundhogs. Class members then made predictions whether they thought the groundhog would or would not see its shadow on Saturday, Feb. 2. The class also created groundhog headbands to celebrate the day.
