Union County College Adds Lacrosse Program, Schedules Coaching Clinic

CRANFORD – Union County College has expanded the athletic program once again by adding a Men’s Lacrosse program for the 2012-13 academic year. Developing the program is head coach, Jay Roussey of Cranford. Roussey joins Union County College with 17 years of coaching experience in lacrosse.

On Feb. 24, he will be hosting a Lacrosse Coaches Clinic for all local area coaches. The clinic will cover new skills, ideas, practice concepts, and all the important elements of being a lacrosse coach. The clinic will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the college’s Cranford campus.
