PERTH AMBOY – Police are asking for the public’s assistance as they investigate a motor vehicle accident that took place this morning at the intersection of Washington Street and Park Avenue.
Police responded to the scene at 5:43 a.m. on Feb. 1 after receiving a report of a man down. The pedestrian may have been the victim of a hit and run accident between 5:30 and 5:50 a.m., according to authorities.
