LINDEN — The Phillips 66 Bayway Refinery in Linden, donated $25,000 to representatives from Tri-State Bird Rescue & Research, Inc. David Erfert, Bayway Refinery Manager, and Carol Ziegler, Bayway Public Affairs Manager, met with Sarah Tegtmeier, Oil Programs Manager, and Lisa Smith, Executive Director, and presented them with a check for $25,000.
