EDISON — You can still attend college this spring. Spring II, a special concentrated semester, is being offered at Middlesex County College in areas such as psychology, math and social sciences. Most of the classes run from February 11 through May 8.

Courses offered include criminal justice, financial accounting, introduction to art, computer applications, public speaking, intercultural communication, dimensions of prejudice, genocide and the Holocaust, and English composition.

The college’s main campus is at 2600 Woodbridge Avenue in Edison and there are two outreach locations: the New Brunswick Center, 140 New Street (at the intersection of New Street and Joyce Kilmer Avenue), and the Perth Amboy Center, which is at 60 Washington Street.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for students who were unable to start college during the regular semester that began in January,” said Aretha Watson, director of admissions and assistant dean of enrollment and student support services at the college.
