LINDEN — Students at Soehl Middle School have been reading Where The Lillies Bloom by Vera and Bill Cleaver, a novel about a family’s struggle to remain together in their home on the mountain. Mrs. Huxford’s 7th grade Language Arts class held a mock trial based on a situation over ownership of land from the novel.
