Clark Police Blotter: Police Investigate School St. Stolen Vehicle Report

All individuals arrested and charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jan. 22 at 10:20 a.m. – Officer Pedro Oliveira investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle that was parked at a residence on Terminal Avenue.

Jan. 22 at 8:51 p.m. – Officer Brian Soos investigated a report of a theft of items from a locker at Retro Fitness at 225 Terminal Avenue.

Jan. 23 at 4:56 a.m. – At Headquarters, Officer Ricardo Oliveira arrested Irvington resident Derek Granger, 33, on an outstanding warrant for possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

Jan. 23 at 10:05 a.m. – At Headquarters, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Rahway resident Jose Santos, 33, on outstanding warrants from Holmdel, Rahway and Woodbridge totaling $4,200 for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Holmdel Police Department.

Jan. 24 at 10:04 a.m. – In the vicinity of Broadway and Valley Road,   Det. Antonio Manata arrested Rahway resident Wayne Mitchell, 41, who was charged with possession of CDS. He was also detained on an outstanding warrant from Linden for contempt of court. He was subsequently released pending a court date on the Clark charges and then turned over to the Linden Police Department on their warrant.

Jan. 26 at 6:08 p.m. – Officer Kenneth Gaulette investigated a report of a theft of a motor vehicle which was parked at a residence on School Street.
