CLARK — Ground was broken last fall and construction is underway on a four-building, 329-unit senior housing development on L’Oreal Way. The project is the result of 14 years of work by Clark Senior Housing, Clark Developers LLC and Mayor Sal Bonaccorso, according to Clark Senior Housing President Bill Caruso. Caruso hopes that the first building will be completed by the fall.
