NEW YORK, N.Y. — Logan D’Amore of Scotch Plains, Robert Brandl of Fanwood, Neha Sharma of Edison and Judy Minnium of Scotch Plains, fifth grade students at The Wardlaw-Hartridge School in Edison, check out an exhibit during the fifth grade class trip to the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Jan. 15. A docent at the Metropolitan Museum of Art guided the students through the Egyptian Wing. The students were able to learn about ancient Egypt from primary sources and artifacts including tombs, sculpture and mummies.
