Wardlaw-Hartridge Students Display Talents At Lower School Cabaret

EDISON — Eleven fifth graders showcased their talents at the Lower School Cabaret on Jan. 17. The show featured a mix of vocal, dance, comedy and piano performances.

Robert Brandl of Fanwood opened the cabaret on piano with Vivaldi’s Spring. Jane Anderson-Schmitt of Scotch Plains and Destiny Ingram of Somerset played a piano duet Heart and Soul. Sydney Johnson of Piscataway performed Grieg’s Morning on piano.

The comedy trio of Leo Badaker of South Amboy, Sidharth Kumar of Parlin and Jake Rothstein of Woodbridge staged an original routine. Julia Parker of South Plainfield, Kallie Schildge of Westfield and Giavanna Brito of Avenel sang Pricetag/Don’t You Forget About Me. Janeyce McCray of Union closed the show with a dance routine to More Than This.
