RAHWAY — At the Jan. 14 Rahway City Council meeting, Councilman James Baker presented a resolution to members of the Rahway CERT team for their assistance during Hurricane Sandy. The members who assisted were John Pencak, Chris Demers, Greg Gillespie, Judi Dimaio, Paul Schroeder, Craig Kapiloff, Chuck Sweetman, Robin Torres, Omayra Acevedo, Dennis Kirk, Jean Robertson, Brian Garland, Kim Cavarretta, Denise Brevard, John Mazurick, Jose L.
