Back in 1968, Congress passed a Gun Control Act in an attempt to reduce the number of firearm deaths (which were about 7,000 a year). After 44 years, the number of firearm deaths escalated to around 25,000 deaths a year. Has Gun Control worked as advertised? Not by these numbers. So what is the real agenda of the Gun Prohibitionists?
