CLARK — Clark Recreation began its winter indoor soccer program with over 350 children participating every Friday night and all day Saturday for the next six weeks. The indoor soccer program is one of the department’s most popular one, according to Recreation Director Ralph Bernardo. For a nominal fee of $25 – children enjoy six weeks of one hour games.
