Woodbridge Y Announces Free Fitness Program For Cancer Survivors

WOODBRIDGE — The YMCA at the Woodbridge Community Center, in collaboration with the Livestrong Foundation, is providing a free 12-week physical activity program for cancer survivors 18 years and over.

The next session begins in February and meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 – 8:30 p.m. The class will focus on strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Survivors of all types of cancer, from the point of diagnosis through treatment and years beyond, are welcome.
