CLARK — The seventh grade students in Ms. Qualshie and Ms. Drasin’s seventh grade math class at Carl H. Kumpf Middle School in Clark started the new year by preparing for the NJ ASK. This week the students completed an Extended Constructed Response (ECR) problem about taxi ride fares. These problems correlated to earlier studied work with expressions and rates. Students are expected to complete five ECRs each marking period to prepare them for the test later this year. In the picture above, Lorenzo De Paz and Katlyn Ashley diligently work on their ECR.
